Superworm Comes to Wakehurst

Thursday 30th March – Sunday 23rd April

Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler’s much-loved tale, Superworm, brought to life for Easter 2023 with interactive installations and activities at Wakehurst.

Tasked with helping Superworm find the evil Wizard Lizard’s magic flower, children will embark on an exciting adventure through Wakehurst’s biodiverse landscape with interactive activities and sculptures helping to bring the tale to life.

The kids can also take part in the Mighty Microbes Mission! On this mini trail at Wakehurst, help Superworm find nutritional microbes in our soil that support healthy plants and fungi, such as Springtail and Nematodes. Complete this mission to collect your Superworm badge and add it to your Nature Heroes cape. Entry for this mini trail is £3.50 per child.

Get a wiggle on and join the family-friendly adventure, this Easter!

Tickets for all mentioned events can be booked at www.kew.org/wakehurst/superworm
Please note, the Superworm trail takes place in a dog-free area of Wakehurst.
