Still Time To Nominate Worthy Cause To Win £500

NYEs Building Supplies is offering another chance to community groups, charities and other worthy causes to win £500 funding in its Proud to be Local campaign.

All nominations are welcome, whatever the cause and can be emailed to proudtobelocal@dwnye.co.uk up until midnight on Sunday, July 21, with a short explanation of how the money will be used should be included with applications.

Three shortlisted finalists will be chosen to go head-to-head in a public vote during August and the group with the most votes will be named the winner.

Rex Nye, managing director of NYEs Building Supplies, said: “We’re looking forward to receiving more nominations from across Sussex.’

“There’s a real chance of receiving the funds so we would urge as many people as possible to put forward their nominations before the deadline on Sunday, 21 July.”
