The Big Reveal 2016 – East Grinstead

November is here and the traders of East Grinstead are gearing up for the Big Reveal which is fast approaching! The event sees shops across the town take part in activities and open their doors late.

This year’s event which takes place on the High Street starts at 5.00pm on Friday, November 18 running through until 8.00pm and will be the moment that shop keepers in the town reveal all!

In its third year, the late night shopping event is a firm family favourite in the town’s calendar where the East Grinstead’s traders cover their windows ahead of the night and leave townsfolk in suspense.

Emma from Emma Louise Retail, one of the shopkeepers involved in the planning, said: “The shop owners take the brave move to cover up all their windows before the day, but it makes such an impact when we all unveil our Christmas creations!  The competition makes it so much fun!”

To see the festive window displays be revealed this Christmas you’re asked to meet at the town’s War Memorial where thereafter the night will come alive and the Christmas spirit will be in the air!
