An Evening With Glenn Miller & Friends’ For Sussex Charity

On Sunday, October 14, The ConChord Big Band presents An Evening with Glenn Miller and Friends’ in Haywards Heath for Turners Hill charity, Sullivan’s Heroes as part of the charity’s ongoing fundraising.

A 17-piece orchestra and vocalists will perform as the wartime US Army Air Force Band, playing the unforgettable music and songs of the big band era on what promises to be a special night in Sussex.

Proceeds from the event, hosted and organised by Mid Sussex District Council and chairman Cllr. Bruce Forbes will be donated to Sullivan’s Heroes to fund grants for disabled children’s home adaptations.

The charity supports children’s home adaptations, with many building works in progress, and a number of projects planned, the charity needs as much funding as it can secure to maintain its important work.
