Last Season’s Cup Runners-Up To Visit Crawley

The stars of West Ham United Ladies, last season’s Women’s FA Cup runners-up visit Crawley this month as Brighton & Hove Albion Ladies host the Hammers at The People’s Pension Stadium on Sunday, October 13.

After a summer which saw England Ladies finish fourth at the FIFA Women’s World Cup in France,
the game’s authorities are hoping for greater interest in the sport and large crowds at games.

Brighton & Hove Albion Ladies who once again will be playing home games at Crawley’s The People’s Pension Stadium, kicked-off the season away at Bristol City Ladies, before hosting Chelsea Ladies.

The arrival of West Ham will see homegrown stars such as Gilly Flaherty as well as global greats
of the women’s game including Swiss international Alisha Lehmann and South Korean Cho So-hyun.
