Get Ready For Santa’s Helicopter Landing At Reigate Priory School

For over 50 years Reigate and Redhill Round Table have been responsible for organising and delivering the annual Santa helicopter landing in Priory Park and in the weeks leading up to Christmas Day, helping Santa travel around Reigate and Redhill spreading festive cheer.

The Reigate and Redhill Round Table have been serving the local community since 1936. They are not a mystery organisation with secret rituals. They are simply a social club for men aged between 18 and 45.

Every year thousands of pounds are raised from these events and then distributed back to the local community. We are proud to have been able to make donations to Stripey Stork, Renewed Hope Trust and local families in their time of need.

Once again, this year throughout December, Santa will be paying the streets around Reigate and Redhill a visit spreading Christmas cheer.

He will be arriving by helicopter in Reigate to start the festivities off on Saturday morning, 4th December 2021 at approx. 10:30 am.

Saturday morning is a magical moment for Christmas lovers and the pinnacle of the Round Table Fundraising calendar. A time of joy for the children where they will get the opportunity to meet Father Christmas and tell him one last time that they have been good.

The festivities at Reigate Priory School that morning will include Father Christmas arriving by helicopter, Santa’s Grotto and our very own Christmas market with a wide range of stalls from independent local businesses all part of the Love Reigate membership scheme including hot food & drinks, mulled wine, sweet treats, arts, crafts & gifts.

All proceeds from Santa’s grotto and collections located inside the Reigate Priory School playground will go to help local good causes with all local stallholders donating too, as part of the Round Table pledged to support the local community.

This day really is the kickstart to Christmas!
