Carnival Fever Comes To Horley

Carnival Fever Comes To Horley

On Saturday, June 15, carnival fever comes to Horley as the town hosts its annual carnival at the A23 Horley Recreation Ground – this year’s free-entry carnival theme is Great Moments in History.

The carnival parade sets off from the Victoria Road car park at 12.30 pm travelling along the same route as previous years, following judging from the Mayor of Reigate & Banstead and Horley Town Mayor.

A limited amount of space will be available on the ground for disabled parking, but the car park will not be available from the previous evening and Saturday whilst the carnival is underway.

As in past years this is the result of the hard work over many months by several community groups, assisted by the carnival’s sponsors including Mad Ideas, London Gatwick, and local authorities.
