What you need to know!
Here at RH Uncovered we produce and distribute to 8 different areas every month across Sussex and Surrey.
We have a wonderful group of distributors that are out delivering our magazines throughout the month and we are always looking to expand to this team.
In order to apply for a delivery round please note the following requirements:
• You must comply with these terms and conditions/rules.
• Be able to pick up magazines and leaflets from Copthorne once a month.
• You (and any helpers) will need an Android or Apple smartphone to use our tracking app.
• You need to be reliable, trustworthy and motivated.
• Available on a monthly basis.
• In good health.
• Aged 16 years or above (under 18s supervised by parent/guardian).
• There is no upper age restriction (our oldest distributor is 81!).
You will be provided with a distribution route map detailing the area to be covered. Please note:
• Pick up is usually on the nearest Thursday/Friday at the end of each month.
• You will receive a text (SMS) message in advance each month to confirm your availability and book a time to collect your round.
• You will have up to 10 days to complete your delivery round(s) to meet the completion deadline.
• Each issue of the magazine can be between 32 and 64 pages every month.
Payment and Compliance –
• A delivery round can consist of anything between 300 and 1,200 homes.
• Depending on your speed, fitness and area being covered, it is possible to cover approx. 70 – 120 houses per hour.
• In addition to the above payments we also have loose leaflets to deliver with the magazines.
• Once we receive your completion report and the area is fully tracked we will pay you via bank transfer.
• Payments will be run on or around the 15th of each month.
• If we have continual issues/queries with your deliveries or tracking, we will dispense with your services.
• Any excessive number of magazines or leaflets left over must be returned to our office each month.
You will be provided with a distribution route map detailing the area to be covered.
Crawley East (RH10) – Copthorne, Crawley Down, Turners Hill, Pound Hill, Worth, Maidenbower, Three Bridges, Forge Wood, Northgate, Tilgate, and Furnace Green.
Crawley West (RH11) – West Green, Ifield, Ifield Green, Pease Pottage, Southgate West, and Gossops Green.
Horsham (RH12/RH13) – Horsham, Roffey, Forest, Southwater, Barnes Green, Slinfold, Partridge Green, Kilnwood Vale, Broadbridge Heath, Lower Beeding, Colegate, Faygate, Rusper, Warnham, Mowbury Village & Mannings Heath.
Burgess Hill (RH15) – All areas
East Grinstead (RH19/RH18/RH7) – Felbridge, Forest Row, Ashurstwood, Lingfield, West Hoathly and Sharpthorne.
Haywards Heath (RH16/RH17) – Ardingly, Balcombe, Bolney, Bolnore Village, Cuckfield, Handcross, Haywards Heath, Lindfield, Horsted Keynes and Scaynes Hill.
Horley (RH6) – Charlwood, Hookwood, Horley, Langshott, Meath Green, Norwood Hill and Smallfield.
Reigate (RH2) – Reigate, Reigate Hill, Sidlow, South Park and Woodhatch.
