RH Uncovered Magazine is looking to recruit a Part Time Administrative Assistant to work in its Copthorne office.
Hours for this position would be a minimum of 15 hours a week, worked over 3 or 4 days, and would suit a person looking to work around school hours.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a similar role in a demanding and busy office to meet tight deadlines, be able to overcome obstacles and contribute to the progress of multiple projects.
The salary for this position is dependent on experience and agreed hours.
Skills required for this role –
- Hard working and organised
- Great communication skills and a confident telephone manner
- The ability to work on own initiative when required
- A good working knowledge of using spreadsheets, CRM systems and MS Office
Duties to include, but not limited to –
- Processing of customer documentation and artwork
- Research and planning of future projects,
- Research and planning of future events,
- Admin support to Sales department
- Admin support to Features Desk
- Admin support to Charity Desk
