Sussex and Surrey Area are delighted to invite you to our Can Engineers Make the Human Race Sustainable? Technical Lecture.

The talk will attempt to put climate change in perspective and cover the role of engineers in adapting to and mitigating against it, with examples of some past and current work on energy and other systems. Updates since March 2019, future developments and problems will be discussed with a view to engineering an ethical pathway to human sustainability.

The talk is FREE and open to the general public, but prior registration is required.
